This Return Policy applies to interior design services and products provided by Candlesshcraft. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or purchasing products through us.

Design Services

Cancellation Policy

Design consultation and styling services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy for Services

Due to the custom nature of our interior design services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Design Consultations: If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or provide appropriate resolution.
• Full Design Projects: Once design work has commenced, refunds are not typically available. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve the matter.
• Styling Services: If you are not satisfied with styling services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to make adjustments or provide appropriate resolution.

Products and Furniture

When Candlesshcraft facilitates the purchase of furniture, accessories, or other products on your behalf, return policies are subject to the individual policies of the manufacturers or retailers from whom items are purchased.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must typically meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in original packaging when possible
• Returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer or retailer
• Custom or made-to-order items are generally not returnable

Return Process

If you need to return a product:

1. Contact us immediately to initiate the return process
2. We will provide you with return instructions and any required return authorization
3. Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping
4. Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days after receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and documentation.

Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture, custom upholstery, and other made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. All custom orders require a deposit, which may be non-refundable depending on the stage of production.

Shipping and Handling

Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable. If you return an item, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
